National Grid Selects Dalcour Maclaren for Nationally Significant Cross Border Electricity Connection
Leading utilities and infrastructure consultancy, Dalcour Maclaren, has been appointed by National Grid to support the Cross Border Connection project in England, a nationally significant new 400 kV electricity link between Scotland and north-west England. The scheme will help meet rising energy demand by enabling renewable power to reach homes and businesses where it’s needed, as well as strengthening the UK’s energy security and resilience.
